Day 1

Today it kicked off...another 30-day juice fast. Though, truth be told, I hope I will have the stamina and dedication to stay on it until I reach my target weight.

I plan to stay focused on vegetable juices rather than fruit so I can maintain high nutrition and low calories. My weakness is tea but I do only use Stevia as a sweetner. I am also committed to drinking 4 liters of water per day.
